Questions Before You Book?
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Hartford and New Haven Counties, bringing the magic directly to your desired location.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred character and date are available.
What's included in a party package?
Our packages typically include a grand entrance, interactive storytelling, themed games, photo opportunities, with additional services by package or for individual purchase.
Is tipping expected for the performers?
Tipping is never required but always appreciated! If you feel your performer made the day extra magical, 15-20% is standard.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposit may not be refundable when custom characters or options are requested.
Do you provide licensed characters?
Our characters are inspired by popular fairy tales and are independently created. We do not offer trademarked or licensed properties.
